Wild Child Literacy currently accepts orders within Canada and the United States only.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are lovingly packed within 2–3 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location:

• 🇨🇦 Within Canada: 1–10 business days

• 🇺🇸 To the U.S.: 7–14 business days

​Free Shipping & Split Orders

 

Orders that qualify for free shipping will arrive within the delivery timelines above. If inventory is low, some items may be dropshipped directly from our printer to avoid delays. This might mean your order arrives in multiple packages, but don’t worry—you won’t be charged extra.

📍Live in or near Invermere, BC? We offer free local pickup! Select the option at checkout, and we’ll follow up with pickup details.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size and destination. Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions—sign up for our newsletter so you don’t miss out!

Digital Products

 

Many of our printable resources are delivered instantly by email after checkout. If you don’t see your file, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder—or reach out and we’ll happily resend it.

Returns & Exchanges

Physical Products

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund as needed.

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on physical products unless there is a defect or error. Thanks for understanding—we’re a small shop doing big things!

Due to the nature of instant delivery, all digital sales are final. That said, we want you to be happy! If something’s not right, send us a note and we’ll do our best to fix it.
